SMARTFORM focuses on enhancing capacities and the uptake of innovative good practices to support towards the joint goal of neutrality. Inspired by the EU mission on climate-neutral and smart cities, it fosters exchange of experiences and adoption of smart practices and methodologies, empowering stakeholders to participate in green transformation. The proposed approach for experience exchange and capacity building towards the transition to net zero emissions will be based on the Climate Transition Map of NetZeroCities, the platform supporting the EU Missions on climate neutrality&amp;Cities Mission Climate City Contract (CCC) approach. This approach leverages the Climate Transition Map framework and includes: SMARTFORM City-to-City Mentoring Program, pairing cities at different climate transition stages for knowledge sharing and mentorship. Collaborative Learning through study visits tackling decarbonization challenges, aligned with the Climate Transition Map&#8217;s systemic approach.
