Three industrial\u2011scale MVPs validate market relevance: (i) a 2\u202fkW high\u2011efficiency SOFC stack; (ii) a 3.5\u202fkW ultra\u2011compact SOEC stack for high\u2011pressure operation; and (iii) a 1.5\u202fkWh metal\u2011supported sodium battery (MS\u2011NaB) module. Demonstrations on pilot lines provided by Solydera, H2B2\/IREC (Merce\u2011Lab) and LiNa ensure validation under relevant industrial conditions; manufacturing routes will reach TRL\u202f7 and MVPs TRL\u202f6\u20137. Acceptance is underpinned by quantified KPIs: defect rate &lt;5%, first\u2011time\u2011right \u226595%, energy savings \u226570%, material\u2011waste reduction \u226580%; CRM reduction is enabled via cobalt\u2011free compositions and thin\u2011film barrier\/protective layers. Innovative metrology, a decision\u2011support system and dynamic scheduling implement Detect\u2011Predict\u2011Prevent\u2011Repair ZDM loops for faster ramp\u2011up, higher OEE and lower scrap. Eco\u2011design, LCA\/LCC and recycling pathways (\u226550% recovery for key materials) embed circularity from the outset. Standardisation actions de\u2011risk certification and foster EU\u2011wide uptake and interoperability across equipment vendors and SMEs.
