AIConform addresses the DIGITAL-2025-AI-08-COMPLIANCE topic by delivering a modular, interoperable framework that automates the extraction, exchange, verification, and auditing of regulatory obligations across sectors. The system operationalises EU rules (AI Act, NIS2, eIDAS 2.0) via machine-readable templates, a legal knowledge graph, and agentic workflows that turn legislative updates into executable checks. It embeds privacy-preserving technologies (homomorphic encryption, differential privacy) and qualified trust services (QES, e-seals, timestamping) with EUDI Wallet integration for secure identity and non-repudiation. AIConform will be validated in three real operational environments—public administration, manufacturing, and energy— demonstrating end-to-end compliance reporting, incident monitoring, and conformity documentation. By project end we target ≥30% reduction in reporting time, ≥95% reporting accuracy, ≥5 machine-readable templates per pilot, and an open-source toolkit with documented APIs/SDKs aligned to SIMPL/IDSA for replication and uptake by SMEs and public bodies. A focused exploitation and capacity-building track (training ≥200 professionals, policy briefs, conformance kits) underpins sustainability and scale-up across Member States. In doing so, AIConform reduces administrative burden, improves legal certainty, and accelerates trustworthy AI adoption in Europe.
